When Kathie Soller arrived in Southwest Florida in 1992 from Southeast Florida she had no idea that fourteen years later she would still be in Naples. Kathie had been working in the real estate industry for 18 years in Boca Raton and came to Naples, on a temporary basis, to work for the Builder with whom she had been working on the East Coast. That company, The Brookfield Company, had been building luxury homes in Golf and Country Club Communities for over 25 years and virtually could find no land on which to build.

"Naples was the logical choice because so much land was available in 1992. I felt like a pioneer with all that land."

Life at Quail West

When the CEO of the Company had health challenges and decided to sell all of the inventory and bring Kathie home to Boca she did not want to leave Naples and the wonderful friends that she had made.

"It was to my good fortune that a position as a salesperson became available at Quail West Golf and Country Club where we had built 2 model homes. I gladly accepted that position and I was there for nine terrific years. I could sell any site, work with 8 exceptional builders and I could also sell ‘resale’ homes."

After 9 years, assisting approximately 40 families find the right site and build the home of their dreams and selling over $120,000,000.00 in existing properties it was time for her to move to General Real Estate.

She is now a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc. where she is a Luxury Home Specialist in Previews International with marketing presence on Local, State, National and International levels.
