Meet Kathie Soller

Kathie moved to Southwest Florida in 1992 from Southeast Florida where she had worked in the real estate industry for 14 years in Boca Raton. She owned and operated a Title Insurance Company that had offices in Boca Raton, Pompano Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Prior to moving to Naples she also worked for The Brookfield Company, which specialized in building luxury homes in golf course communities. It was to her good fortune that she received a position as a salesperson at Quail West Golf and Country Club. After nine years assisting approximately 40 families in finding the right site, building the home of their dreams, and selling over $120,000,000 in existing properties, it was time for Kathie to move to general real estate.

In 2006, she had the privilege to be a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate where she is a certified Luxury Home Specialist in the Coldwell Banker Previews International program that has presence on local, state, national and international levels.

Since joining Coldwell Banker she has achieved the status of being among the Top 100 NRT Sales Professionals in Florida. For three consecutive years, she has also won the distinction of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award, which places her in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker Associates world-wide.
